The rules of the twin.

LiFen, its name, logo, interface, documentation, neural architectures, twin topologies, simulation kernels, model weights, training pipelines and source code are the exclusive property of KAADE CONSTRUCTION and are protected by copyright, trade-secret and OAPI/Bangui Agreement provisions. No transfer of ownership occurs under these terms.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use LiFen for your own internal operations. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, rent, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, extract model weights, or use LiFen outputs to train a competing model.

You retain full ownership of the telemetry, drawings and site data you supply, and of the twin results derived from them. You grant KAADE CONSTRUCTION only the technical licence needed to process that data to operate the service for you.

"LiFen" and "KAADE CONSTRUCTION" are trademarks of KAADE CONSTRUCTION. Use of these marks, in any medium, requires prior written consent.

No unlawful use, no attempt to breach or probe the security of the service, no automated scraping, no use of the twin as the sole safety-critical control for human life or structural safety decisions.

A digital twin is a model. Outputs are predictive estimates, not certified engineering assessments. Final decisions remain the responsibility of your qualified engineers.

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service over the preceding twelve months. These terms are governed by the laws of Burkina Faso, with jurisdiction in the courts of Ouagadougou.
