KAADE CONSTRUCTION applies a single, predictable refund policy to every LiFen plan.
14-day window
Any first-time paid subscription can be refunded in full within 14 days of the initial charge, for any reason, with no questions asked.
Monthly plans
After the 14-day window, monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Service continues to the end of the paid period; the unused portion is not refunded.
Annual plans
Annual plans cancelled after 14 days receive a prorated refund of the remaining full months, minus any deployment or integration work already performed.
Service failure
If the twin is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to a fault on our side, the affected period is refunded in full on request.
Non-refundable items
Bespoke on-premise installation, custom model calibration and on-site engineering days are non-refundable once delivered.
How to request
Send your invoice reference to KAADE CONSTRUCTION, Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
