What we collect, and what we never do.
LiFen is designed to run without accounts and without maintenance. We collect the minimum required to render your digital twin.
Data we process
Operational telemetry you send to the twin (sensor values, node states, timestamps) and basic technical logs (IP address, user agent, error traces) used to keep the service available.
Optional Google sign-in
If you choose to sign in with a Gmail/Google account, we receive only your email address, display name and avatar URL. We never receive your password and we never ask for additional Google scopes. You can use LiFen without signing in.
Encryption
All traffic uses TLS 1.3 in transit. Stored telemetry is encrypted at rest with AES-256. Encryption keys are rotated and never shared with third parties.
No selling, no tracking
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. There are no advertising trackers, no third-party analytics pixels and no cross-site profiling on this site.
Retention
Telemetry is retained for 90 days by default, then permanently deleted. On-premise deployments retain nothing outside your own infrastructure.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting KAADE CONSTRUCTION, Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso. We respond within 30 days.
